I believe in the magic of puzzles \u2013 those captivating pieces that, when assembled, unveil breathtaking images and stories. These puzzles are not just pieces of cardboard; they are gateways to imagination, creativity, and relaxation.<\/p>
Who am I?<\/strong><\/p> My name is Ivaylo and I live in a small European country called Bulgaria. I have played with puzzles since I could walk. Puzzles are something I like to do from time to time for relaxation.<\/p> For more than 30 years, thousands of puzzles have passed through my hands, but what I have noticed over the years is that in fact most puzzles are almost the same and boring. I have grown up with popular brands that have been on the market for decades and which seems to have stopped looking for the magic of the puzzle for a long time and offered simply printed photos on a piece of cardboard.<\/p> So for a few years I have had the idea to make my own brand of puzzles. Of course, as a person who has only ordered puzzles all his life, I had no idea how exactly they were produced. After a thorough study of the whole process and all options for creating puzzles (and there are not many), it turns out that this task is extremely difficult and involves huge investments. The puzzles are made with large, heavy and very expensive machines (printers, presses, etc.).<\/p> After long days and nights of reading, writing emails and studies, it turned out that for now the only option to be able to offer my puzzles to the world is to use print-on-Demand service. That is, when another product printing company offers its partners to print their designs on a product and organize the orders.<\/p> It may sound like an easy solution, but in fact, there are a handful of companies around the world that offer similar printing for puzzles with 500 or 1000 pieces. And all have many pros and cons in their business model and quality of work. I started ordering test puzzles from all these companies to check what their product looks like. Most of them do not seem to try very much, at least as far as the puzzles are concerned and their quality is quite doubtful. Others offer quite good quality puzzles, but at an extremely high price. In the end, I found TeeMill - british company that pays a lot of attention to their printing service. The price to quality ratio in this case was the best I was able to find, although still the price is far from what I would like. But when someone else makes your products, it is normal for them to determine the basic price.<\/p> However, the quality of the printed product is very high. The cardboard is thick and durable, the picture is clear and in bright colors. Unfortunately, using another company to carry out production and distribution, I am deprived of complete control of the product. As much as I want to offer my puzzles at half the price, in different packaging or with extras included in them, at this stage this cannot happen.<\/p> I hope you like my puzzles because the illustrations are made with a lot of love and reflect my passion for puzzles.
